Upgrade
Section titled “Upgrade”In the dashboard, open Plan and click Upgrade to Pro. Payment runs through Stripe Checkout. Once Stripe confirms the payment, the new limits apply, usually within a few seconds.
From the terminal:
flitzy billing # current plan and usageflitzy billing upgrade # opens Stripe CheckoutIn an organization, only its admins can change the plan. The plan covers the whole organization: every member deploys with Pro limits.
Hitting a limit
Section titled “Hitting a limit”A deploy of a new app, a new database or a custom domain over your plan’s limit fails with a 403 that includes the upgrade link:
error: App limit reached for your tenant (3/3). Delete an app to deploy a new one.Upgrade to Pro for more: https://dashboard.flitzy.app/#billing or from here: flitzy billing upgradeAgents receive the same message and pass the link on to you. Redeploys of existing apps always work.
Invoices, payment method, cancelling
Section titled “Invoices, payment method, cancelling”Plan → Manage subscription in the dashboard, or flitzy billing portal, opens the Stripe customer portal. There you can download invoices, change the card or cancel.
A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the paid month.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a while, and Pro stays active in the meantime. Update the payment method in the portal.
